We were here for three nights at the end of a 3-week trip. The central location is excellent, at the top of Calle Florida. Room service was expensive, but food was good, and was delivered at time promised. One warning - it's an old hotel, and is horrid for anyone handicapped or with mobility problems. After having a bad experience at Rochester Classic, me and my husband finnally found a good place for our honeymoon. Good location, safe, clean. One night there was a very noisy party, I claimed the reception and in a few minutes they offered us a superior bedroom. more
