The location is an excellent and unbeatable location close to recoleta (in a neighborhood called retiro) but the hotel really needs an update. Paint is falling and the room is at most a 2 star. Problem is that it seems like this hotel has not had a refurbished in a long time and is part of a small Argentine chain.... more

As for the service, the staff is not very attentive and the breakfast is quite bad. As for the facilities, it could be better: the white of the room has turned gray and the the bathroom is very old. If you can, pay an extra US$ 20 per day and stay somewhere better. more
