This is a great hotel. The staff spoke near-perfect English and were extremely friendly. The hotel is located very close to the Recoleta Cemetary and many dining and shopping locations. Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. It is perfect in order to throughly explore all of Recoleta. As well, we comfortably walked to Puerto Madera, Palermo,Pico Palermo, REtiro, Floralis, ,MALBA, ...in short most destinations of interest were within walking distance: assuming that you walk while taking lots of breaks along the way at sidewalk cafes. This is a great hotel. Wonderful location; caring staff; English speaking; clean, large rooms. Many restaurants are within walking distance, and the staff is always willing to make recommendations. When I could not find the ATM they described for me, one of the staff actually walked with me until we found it. We would definitely stay here again. more

As others have mentioned: Great location, great staff, reasonable rates, nice lobby and breakfast area. This place is on the upper end of the 3-star range. However, they have terrible, terrible pillows! They are about 2 inches thick and if you're not a back sleeper, you'll have a horrible night's sleep.
