The rudest woman on reception EVER. Our suite was tiny, the room looked out onto other rooms 6 feet away and the windows were blanked out so you felt like you were in a box. The walls of the shower room were bare concrete and the cupboards smelt of damp. At £$100 per night, plus tax, it's way overpriced. more
we slept with our clothes on as this hotel was repulsive. it smelt, was shabby and the staff were completely rude. the internet access is a joke and the price is absolutely outrageous! they need to seriously clean their act up. more
In my opinion, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in all my years of travel across continents. The staff get upset when you booked your tango shows, tours via other agencies. When asked for an extra pillow, they claimed that they do not have any! What's more, you can get a better property on the same street for... more
