Very nice hotel staff, but Martin (tall & blondish) speaks the best English. They'll phone in reservations, call for taxis, and assist in booking tours. The Embajador Hotel proved to be an excellent choice as the least expensive option on a package deal to Buenos Aires. The rooms are nothing special, but are clean and serviceable.
