In a nutshell this is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are lovely and big. The rooms are also extremely clean and modern. The roof top terrace is also a good addition. This was the largest hotel room I have stayed in. It had hard wood floors, a HUGE space, comfortable bed and sheets. I really liked this room. The service was great, the restaurant very nice. An excellent choice. Oh and it was remarkably inexpensive. Check the Hotel website as it had the best prices by far. more

As some reviews already mention you might wonder about the street itself when you arrive there, but i never had any problems when getting back to the hotel at any time of day or night. Stayed at the Moreno for 3 nights on the back end of our Argentina trip. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Standard large room was in fact very large and comfortable (#63). Our five nights in an extra-large room were very comfortable and uninterrupted. The immediate location was unappealing, but two blocks off the Place de Mayo and a short walk to both the harbour and San Telmo made it most convenient for walking. As for previous feedback very positive feedbaqck on the rooms decoration (forniture, bathroom, quality of bath accessories, room space).
