A great central hotel convenient for the central areas, docks and tango districts. Very helpful staff, great rooms, hot tub and breakfast. For longer stays though I would recommend Palermo however as its a nicer area especially in the evening. more

The location was perfect...steps from 3 subway stops and a 5 minute walk to the Casa Rosada. We always had all our questions answered at the front desk and service in the breakfast room was excellent. Our room, with a king size bed, was small but very clean. We arrived in the morning for a three night stay after a cruise, as did 4 or 5 other couples. The check-in staff seemed overwhelmed by this crowd. Perhaps checking in foreigners requires more time and paperwork than checking in nationals. The location can't be better, right in the center of BA, close to the Plaza de Mayo and Florida (pedestrian shopping street). On the corner of Peru and the hotel street is a nice local restaurant with argentina food. The rooms are very clean, althought rather small, but we were not there for being in our room except for sleeping.... more
