I liked the room and dining area. The receptionist were all kind and willing to help. The only thing that I didn't like was that it smelled a little bit wet cement in the room.

Located in Palermo, great place to stay if you are in BA. Has a rooftop bar to end the afternoon and see the sun go down. There is not a lot of staff on duty, what other people complain about, but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Good rooms. Clean. Very nice and helpful staff. It feels like being at home after a while. It would have been great to have a pool but depends on how many days you are staying. It is close to so many great restaurants. I have enjoyed it and would definitely return.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. The front desk always knew places to recommend seeing and restaurants to eat at. They were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel is in aperfect location for seeing the best area of Buenos Aires. I would absolutely go back to this hotel when traveling in B.A.
