I?m here for 1 night only. The room is very nice and quiet, but the wifi works best at the lobby, which has a modern bar / restaurant with an average food. The shower is big, but the water has not enough preasure for it and the box is just to small to wash your hair without touching the glass... More

We weren't sure about choosing a hotel so close to the centre of things, but it turned out to be a real blessing. Using the hotel as our base, we walked the sights and places of central Buenos Aires for a week - in fact, for several days we didn't have a choice because all the surrounding streets were closed... This is a nice hotel in the center of the city. Comfortable size rooms and airconditioned. Only drawback, like most hotels in South America, no coffee making facilities- but you can get a "take away" cup of coffee from the breakfast room.

Location; Dependent on what you're looking for this hotel, situated in the downtown, is not in the right spot - according to me. Downtown is messy and dirty. Next time I'm going for either Recoleta or Palermo, which has more charm and personality. Standard of room (725); Modern and nicely designed. No need to pay for this standard of room... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights over Christmas. We arrived Christmas day when most of the city was shut and it felt very roomy in the neighborhood. What a difference when the usual crowds returned. Every sidewalk is broken and I'm glad we were in casual clothes/shoes. Bus service is close - I mean constantly going by... More

Very good choice. Rooms are modern, spacious, good mattress. The douche is very relaxing with a good flow of water! Breakfast is very complete: fruits, cereals, yogurts, different types of breads (try the medialunas), ham, cheese, fresh omelet, juices, coffee, cakes, etc. Staff very helpful and nice. This hotel is very well located. It is 2 blocks far from Florida... More

This is a thoroughly 'old world' and atmospheric hotel in the centre of Buenos Aires - very close to the pink palace, the main square and the obelisk in the other direction. Close to the major shopping and financial areas and close to many good restaurants The rooms are comfortable, clean and modern with a touch of the old Belle... More

Buenos Aires is going through a tough economic time, as is all of Argentina. You can see this on the streets with waste dumped everywhere, which reminds me of Naples in my home country. The side walks are full of holes and the walls are covered in graffiti and posters protesting about something. In fact the square in front of... More

The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are modern and clean. They have wifi available. We were very happy with the hotel although it is in a pretty down market area. It felt pretty unsafe after dark. Recoleta is a much nicer area to stay in.

Just stayed here last week. It was my second time in two years. The quality of the hotel has literally gone down the toilet on so many important levels and the area has gotten extremely dangerous. As a great example, my iPhone was grabbed out of my hands as I stood outside on it two feet away from the lobby... More
