Our room was very basic with old (not antique) furniture. There was no air conditioner in the room, only a fan. This was fine since the temperature was ok, but it would not have been fine in a hot day. The room was not very clean (but I am picky), especially the bathroom, but everything worked. I like it. Is better than Iruna that's sure! Is the same chain of Costa Galana and Iruna but is really better than Iruna even if you take your breakfast in Iruna White Salon. I had a small balcony with plants. I like it very much. more
To begin with, I want to say that the Presidente is not a bad hotel at all. The problem with it is that it´s advetised as a 4-star hotel, when in Europe it would deserve only 2, or 3 maybe. This point is clear since your arrival: the hotel´s façade is really awful and makes you desire to run away... more
