Just spent the night at Cliff Dwellers with 25 friends headed down the Grand Canyon the next day. Rooms were fine - though a few complained of old beds. Dinner and breakfast were well done, delicious and fairly priced. Best part was the friendly staff at all levels. Every helpful and cheerful with the most basic of tourist needs. Friendly... More

We decided to stop here on our way to Zion and were so happy we did. The guests ranged from serious fishermen to rafters ready to embark on a thrilling adventure. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, both were great but the corned beef hash was the best ever! We stayed in an older room, it had a... More

Stayed there before a backpacking trip and fell in love with the restaurant (not just good, but decadent). Excellent ribs. The chocolate mousse pie is positively sinful. Oh yes -- the hotel. It's fine. We stayed in the newer wing. Decent accommodations in a remote area. I'll stay there again for the great eats.

The Cliff Dwellers Lodge does not look like much from the road but you will be pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic only a couple of hundred yards from the base of the Vermillion Cliffs. We stayed in one of the older units which are roomy but in need of some paint and TLC. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom... More

For $90 you'll get really good, clean beds, a coffee maker, flat screen tv with lots of channels, all in THE location to do your rafting trips or get access to world class trout fishing. We were there for a before and after stay for our week-long river trip and everyone we met there was a repeat customer. There's minimal... More

Stayed here at Easter 2013 having stayed at the Lees Ferry Lodge the year before. Loved this place. Good rooms at reasonable prices ($89 Easter weekend). On-site restaurant served good fare and was served up by friendly folks. Add to that the amazing views of the Vermillion Cliffs and the great guide shop on site (fishing on Marble Canyon is... More

We stayed here the night before a great trip down the Grand Canyon with Hatch Expeditions. The hotel is pretty basic and clean but has an interesting location near the cliff dweller historic rock houses, a good shop for getting last minute expedition items, and a surprisingly good restaurant for its size and location. Overall, a friendly spot.

We stopped here for a couple of nights just to relax. The room was clean. No fridge or micro wave. They do have one in the office that the staff used to heat something for me. They have a restaurant with pretty good food and you get your ice there also. Not much to do there but fish, relax and... More

We stayed here before taking our trip rafting down the Grand Canyon (which was amazing)! We only stayed one night, which was good, because there's not a lot to do around here, other than enjoy the beauty around us. The rooms were a little older, but they were clean and pleasant. Nothing really stood out as good or bad. The... More

My wife and I stayed here one night for a guided fly fishing trip. The lodge is quaint and clean. Our room was spacious and clean. It's not spectacular but you don't go here for a resort experience. The restaurant on site was small but had great food. We ate dinner and breakfast here and enjoyed both meals. The place... More
