We enjoyed our stay in Nautilus indeed - Analia and Marcelo were lovely hosts, our room (as well as the whole place) was cosy and clean. Apart from that we could use the kitchen and parrilla. The location of B&B is perfect - in a peaceful forest and close to the beach.
