My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. Our room was large and very clean. Housekeeping did a good job every day. Staff was friendly, even down to the pool attendant. Just returned from 2 night stay at Harrah's Ak Chin and enjoyed it very much. The whole property is on the smaller side compared to casino resorts outside the Phoenix area, but is was very comfortable, cozy actually. It has more of a resort feeling than a casino type place.
