Room 326 has a private balcony overlooking Plaza Independencia, the room was fairly small and not particularly attractive. The bathroom was adequate but quite small. The room and bathroom was very clean. Overall the hotel was good value for money, and the breakfasts start very early which is useful for early excursions or airport trips. Nicolas at reception was particularly helpful - all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. There are 2 computers to go on the internet, but there is WiFi throughout the hotel. The hotel is in a great location for going round the city - but they also work with excellent companies for excursions. We went on the wine and olive oil tour, which was only a few hours long, the high mountain tour, and a full day of horse riding in the mountains. The guides spoke excellent English, and were very funny and made the excursions enjoyable (especially the wine tour).
The pool is not open in winter months as it is outdoors. more
