Great location but I can not say anything more positive about this hotel. After arriving in Salta well after 2 AM after a much delayed flight from Bs. As., this was the first hotel we saw around the plaza and booked two rooms for the night. Everything was sparse about this hotel - the rooms (bedroom and bathroom), the furnishings (although antique), service, breakfast and overall condition. The bed and pillows were rock firm. The room I had was one on the second floor facing what was a busy and noisy street at sunrise that same morning. This hotel may have been grand some 50 years ago but now it's just old and run down. We moved out later that morning to the hotel next door, the Victoria Plaza.
