This is a nice hotel in the best location in Mendoza. Good service arranging our trip to wine country with a really hot driver. We had a blast at the casino meeting climbers of Aconcogua. We had great restaurent recommendations in town. Such a nice stay. more

I use to work at Hyatt in europe and this one is completely different! It is no so bad but must be the poorest of the chain. Try to look after little hotels, seems to be charming....not like this one. Staff must smile! more

This is a larget hotel in the middle of the city. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are also large but you can tell that this hotel has been in existance for a few years as the style of the bathrooms is a tad older. The Park Hyatt bills itself as the premier hotel in Mendoza, and it may be, but we were very disappointed with the service and the quality of this hotel. The rooms are decent size and the bathrooms modern -- but setup for minimal privacy (even if you are sharing a room with a spouse). But what this hotel really lacks... more
