I would say the rooms are at a decent standard. The bed and furnishings could use some updating. The small kitchen is a nice bonus. Breakfast is nice with baked breads and a good continental offering with a a lot of teas to choose from. It has big rooms and would be good for families. There is a day bed... more

Would have difficulty staying here again. Noise from the streets a major problem. It was not the hotels fault. The building is old and no sound proofing windows which are a must here. The room we had the first night was huge, on the first floor, but the racket from buses, cars, motor bikes which screeched all through the night... more

We booked our stay via Orbitz and got an amazing deal- about $100 USD per night for an Executive suite with a bedroom (with King size bed), a living room (with dining table), kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and the service was impeccable. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great- walking distance from... more

This is a good hotel with large apartments which include bedroom, small sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom and a spartan terrace. The communal areas are nice and breakfast good but with poor service. The rooftop pool is a bit of a joke. The reception staff were extremely helpful and booked trips etc for us. Free internet use. Location is ok but... more

What a great surprise. Top notch all around. Rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located, has a nice breakfast, and a decent price. We loved it and would go back without hesitation. more

We had 5 days in the Reina Victoria in November 2005 Overall it was great value (we had a huge suite), the staff were friendly and very helpful, sending us to excellent restaurants for example. If you stay there use their very good local knowledge. The pool on the roof is small, but fine for unwinding after a day in... more

We stayed at the Reina Victoria in November, 2005. It is in a convenient, safe, central location, less than ten minutes walk (most of it down a pedestrian-only shopping street) to the attractive main square. The staff are friendly, rooms large and clean, suite-style with mini-bar.They have a nice little breakfast room, and internet access for guests. My wife lost... more

A small boutique hotel just two blocks from pedestrian area of Mendoza. We had a little apartment, with a huge bathroom, and a large veranda. Lovely hot tub on the roof. English speaking staff. A bit away fron the bustle of the main plaza, but still a short walk. more
