Staff wa extremely helpful and friendly with booking excursions and overnight bus to BA. Wifi in rooms was bad and that was important to me as a traveler. Breakfast was good. The lobby smells of cigarettes. They downgraded our room because they didn't have any rooms left at the rate we pre-paid. The beds are old, gross and feels like a motel.
