We came to this hostel on the recommendation of a traveler in Santiago, planning to stay 2 nights, but are reluctantly leaving after 5.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant, the staff are exceptional and the hostel is very clean.
The vine-covered patio is a great place to spend the afternoon/evening, sipping your daily free glass of wine and sharing the day´s adventures.
The owners host BBQ´s for only $30 a(r) and they´re delicious.
Last evening we had tango lessons, only for the cost of a tip.

If you want a nice quiet, pleasant relaxing place to stay, this is it! more

we've been travelling for a month and this is probably the best hostel we stayed in. eduardo and the rest of the staff made us feel very comfortable in the hostel and treated us very well. they were informative and very nice. there were all kinds of treats here that you don't get anywhere else: they paid the taxi from the bus terminal, free use of the laundry machine and the wonderful free cup of wine every night. the rooms were clean and had heating and hot water all the time. excellent! more
