Returned today, we stayed at Sheratons the whole way through Argentina. This was the worst of the 3. The view was great but the price is definitely for the location. So the hotel looks like a communist 1970s bunker from the outside...the reason for staying here is to enjoy the excellent location within Iguazu National Park. The location of this hotel, so close to the falls, is the key to its attraction. You can hear the thunderous roar of the water and see the clouds of spray. We checked in and our A/C didn't work at all so they sent up a service technician who said that the motor was dead and that we would need to switch rooms.
