Really a fantastic place to stay. Not only were the facilities topnotch (and the food was honestly amazing), but - and I think most importantly - the people there was at all times friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our guide was one of the most passionate and well informed I've ever seen, and the staff/managers accomodated all our needs. Highly, highly... more

My time at Yacutinga Lodge was not only a time to relax and observe the nature of the tropics with wonder, but it was a time in which I learned countless things about the environment I was enjoying, as well as the biological world as a whole. The staff at Yacutinga are experts in their fields - from nature interpretation,... more

We stayed at the Yacutinga Lodge for 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. The location is wunderful and the facilities are based withing their own reserve, surrounded by protected rainforest/jungle. It's just perfect to get a sense of what the remaining and untouched forests are like, including all the animals - and there are a lot (monkeys, numerous... more

When you plan to stay in this place, you will have a fantastic time. It is a very comfortable lodge with clean, creative-styled houses and a very nice and professional staff. Providing comfort, it must be clear that this place is in a jungle. So you will have to be prepared to have enough outdoor-clothes with you. The weather can... more

We were looking forward to staying at the yacutinga lodge based on the description listed on their website. We enjoyed the educational component, the knowledgeable guide and the lovely people that were also staying with us. The food was well prepared and delicious. They made a special effort to provide high quality vegetarian food. The lodge and grounds are beautiful.... more

We recently spent two night at the Yacutinga Lodge and were quite pleased with our stay. The cabins were clean and quite comfortable. I was surprised to find little baskets of shampoo and lotion just like in a fancy hotel! The food was very good (the beef was a bit overdone for our taste, but that's how Argentinians tend to... more

We stayed in Yacutina for one of their two night, three day experiences. We were met in Iguazu by the lodge team and taken by mini bus and overland to the lodge their we were welcomed (with exquisite empanadas, the best we tasted in Argentina). We went down to our room which looked not very impressive from the outside but... more

This was the last stop on my 19-day trip, and I was really looking forward to being immersed in the jungle amid wildlife. When I got to the pick-up spot, a woman wearing a Yacutinga shirt stared at me until I broke the silence. After that, she was friendlier but it made me a little nervous. Those of us being... more

Great little hotel nestled in the jungle. The rooms are comfortable, and we had a great frog in the bathroom to keep us company. There were excellent jungle tours morning, afternoon, and evening with a biologist. The restaurant was okay, but far from great. And meals are fixed, so if you have a special diet (vegetarian or whatever), you need... more
