Just completed another stay here with my family. The staff is very helpful and the front desk manager Karina, and General Manager Ines are amazing. This is a traditional estancia of Northern Argentina, so its relevant to say that the program of activities is different to what an Estancia in the Pampas region will offer. As a trade off, the... If you are traveling through the Northwest of Argentina, you shouldn’t miss a stop in Tafi del Valle. Located about 2 hours from Tucuman, it is the place that most people from Tucuman go to escape the heat and city life. After following a curvy mountain road that winds through jungle like forest, you find yourself deposited in an absolutely... More

We had a good stay here, but I would advice staying more than 1 night to really take advantage of the activities in the region. The owner/manager of the place was very welcoming and showed us the cheese making facilities herself, and checked several times with us to make sure we were OK. The rooms were OK but I found... More

This historic ranch is far, far off the beaten track. Unfortunately we came from San Miguel de Tucuman on the bus, and then took a taxi from Tafi del Valle, where we were stuck in essence, because of no transportation. I was sick and so couldn't take advantage of the horseback riding. Luckily the restaurant is a fine one, even... More

Relaxed atmosphere where everything has it's own rythm and pace. Rooms are well furnished allowing good sleep and relaxation. Breakfast is superb with excellant fresh local products and the option of having dinner at the restaurant is more than appropriate. Weather may intervene to cancel planned activities as in our case (due to local fiercefull winds) like horse riding, or... More

The setting is very nice and if that is all you want then you might be satisfied. I was not. Breakfast. One of the worst I have had in many years of travel. A glass of orange juice, a yogurt-like drink, two cheese and ham on a plate, stale bread, three other pieces of bread with three pats of butter.... More

We did not stay at the hotel, but their restaurant was recommended to us and so we drove the 10km from Tafi del Valle on a dirt road, previous phone call to reserve a table and were not disspointed, it was worth it. Our Swiss friends gave this lunch 10 out 10 points after 12 days on the road thru... More

We stayed only one day and regret not staying longer! Rooms are beautiful, very nicely decorated and with amazing views on the grounds. We went for a ride on their horses around the property and enjoyed that very much. We had dinner there and food was ok. Breakfast had limited options but maybe due to the fact that there were... We stayed at this hotel for a few nights but I would have stayed for ever! Great and quiet place, sorrounded by mountains. Incredible landscape, very friendly staff, great food and very nice rooms and bathroom. A great place to rest, away from the noice of the city and it's a short drive to Tafi del Valle.

I stayed one night in this beautiful estancia located close to Tafi del Valle. It's not easy to get there but it's worthy!!! The estancia is an old jesuit building dated in the 18th century. Rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant is superb! Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the activities planned at the Estancia because I stopped only before heading... More
