The hotel was badly designed, with bedrooms that are not separated from the reception/restaurant areas to keep the noise separate. The hotel is smoky and communal areas are not especially clean, however reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was very poor for a hotel of this calibre, not good quality food/juice, used settings not cleared promptly or re-set. More
