I love this place,the location, the view over the lake and flamingos, the food and the staff - everything creates an amazing atmosphere. I wish I could stay longer. I did not want to leave El Calafate. This place is highly recommended you will not regret staying at Cauquenes de Nimez.

Hotel gives a very cosy feeling. The view from the lounge/restaurant on the Lago Argentino is great, less so from the rooms. Pretty tiny rooms with somewhat rickety furniture.
