A small hotel in Calafate. Simple but with all the comfort necesary to have a wonderful staying. Rooms are quite comfortable, bathroom OK, TV Cable, heating. Very tidy. Owners so nice and always ready to help visitors. It is located 3 km from downtown., in the way to the glaciers. Taxi costs $ 5 argentinian pesos (1.6 U$S). Typical argentinian... more

Los Fresnos is wonderful. My husband and I found it accidentally when we asked our hotel in Punta Arenas to recommend somewhere in El Calafate. They didn´t hesitate and recommended this spot.
