We are a flight crew and stayed at Imago. The internet did not work the entire time. It seems like they advertise internet and have to make excuses later. The hallway lighting is on motion detectors and when the lights come on as you walk thru the halls, it is still very dim. You are continually walking in the dark.... more

This is the most luxurious hotel in El Calafate. At the end of the road it's well worth the extra 10 minutes walking into town, or back from town... ;-) The heated pool is really warm not luke warm, really over 30 degrees... nice, just as I like it. An unexpected heat wave hit and they were slow to turn the heat off so we had to keep the window open. I do not know why they did not pave the very short dirt road from the highway, you go past town towards the glacier and its on the left side of the road, easy to find. Place looks... more
