For the price this place is good value and the room was clean and the breakfast good. Some staff speak english and others dont so brush up on your spanish. We traveled to Ushuaia in November and checked into Yak Temi Hostal on a Saturday. We got a big room on the 2nd floor facing St. Martin (the main drag) - BIG MISTAKE. People don't joke around in Ushuaia, they party until 5 in the morning! There were people yelling, honking horns all night/ morning. Needless to say, we requested... more
We spent 4 nights here First of Jan. and could not have picked a better place to stay. We were booked by our agent in a seven night trip from BA to Ushuaia and Calafate and due to being late with the booking had to take what the agent had open. This hotel is on the main street in town... more
