We had a very enjoyable stay at Los Notros in January 2008. Owned by a family but run by the twenty-something offspring while the parents were on vacation, Los Notros offered a wonderful environment with lots of engagement with the three siblings. They picked us up at the bus staion, fixed us breakfast and tea, provided us with all the information we needed, and were very helpful in making arrangements and suggestions. With only two rooms and access offered to the kitchen, living room and informative literature, the B 'n B was a good place to relax. The bedroom was modern, clean and spacious, with a good bathroom.
We enjoyed the other people who came and went while we stayed and learned from them as well. Their easy warmth and ready inclusivity was a pleasure.
We didn't understand what Los Notros meant until we arrived and found out it's a wild red twirly flower, sometimes called fireweed in English, that we'd seen growing in Torres del Paine.
