The crew tries to sell overpriced travel packages, beverages are offered at hefty prices. the rooms are not clean(ed), the bathrooms are cleaned daily but there's no ventilation (open the door). the breakfast is poor and often insufficient -> first come first serve the crewmembers listens to their own music so loud, you can dance in your room (2. floor)... more

nice and clean, really helpful staff and good facilities (bathrooms/kitchen etc). however our dorm was on the ground floor near reception, which played music ALL night, which seemed a bit unnecessary. staff also didn't seem to ask guests to be quiet in the reception area in the early hours of the morning - so if you want to sleep it... more
