We stayed 2 nights in the Insel Fehmarn hotel, and it was comfortable and at the upper end of any accomodation we had in Samoa. Stayed a total of 11 nights - break in middle as we went to Savai'i, for 3 nights. Had an awesome time & rate Insel as very good value for money. We have three young children and honestly ,we would only stay at this hotel when we go to samoa(this is the second time we have stayed here) the hotel staff are so friendly and happy and always help out when they can. they always make you fill at home and it is like a home away from home. the cleaning... more

A ground floor room facing the car park wasn't really appealing and the noise level can be quite annoying (especially when you're trying to rest) with car doors continually opening and shutting and loud voices. Advice would be to pay extra and go up a level. Staff are helpful and extremely friendly. Breakfast is quite nice. Has 24 hr laundry... more

Friendly staff, clean rooms, shuttle service, advice. All of these things. The pool was divine and the food very good. Value for money. Not too far out of town. We have just returned from a 10 day stay and would recommend this hotel. We will go back. more

Have just returned from a week at Insel Fehman. The first night was on the ground floor and so we had no privacy or cross flow of air. Moved upstairs, much better and better beds, a bit more expensive but worth it. It is a no frills place but only a 5 tala ,trip from town or a free drop... more
