List of woe: Only Aggie Grey's sign we saw on arrival at the airport was for the Hotel and Bungalows in Apia and NOT the Beach Resort & Spa. Only two reception staff checking in a coach load full of arrivals at 7.30pm. Food was okay, but no variation on menu. Staff are lovely, no training is given and most... more

First trip to Samoa - glad l selected this Resort as l suspect it is the best on the island. Apia surprised me, was quite poor with little for the tourist to do. Glad to be back in the Resort. It is very close to the airport but the planes did not disturb. Made the mistake of getting red wine... more

We stayed 7 nights and it was excellent. Took the All inclusive meal plan - its the only way to go as food is very expensive. And the quality of food was fantastic, as were the serving sizes huge - no complaints there. Plenty of choice from Asian, Pacific, Pasta, Pizza, Steak, Fish etc. Drinks are pricey, but that is... more

Lovely spot even though close to the airport. Rooms were ok, but not very clean. We received the daily toiletries twice in 6 days and I'm happy I bought some soap along! Depending on what staff were on was the quality of the service. Sitting waiting for just a menu at lunch could take nearly an hour only to be... more

If you simply want to stay at the best resort on Upolu, this is probably it. The resort is relatively new, the rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable, the pool area is large and nice, there is a lovely spa attached and even a diving centre. This is definately a nice place, and we really enjoyed our time here. However,... more

We went to Aggie Greys in October for our first trip to Samoa with 2 kids 3 and half and 18 months. They loved the kids club which was available from 9 to 5 every day but they only spent the morning there. We had to pay for a babysitter to be with our youngest because she was under 3... more

Having just returned from my trip with 7 other friends and family, I cannot fault Aggie's Resort . It was the most relaxing place in the world. The man-made beach was fantastic and we spent hours lazing around the pool. I was originally worried that we would be over run by children but this wasn't the case! The swim up pool... more

Have recently returned from Aggies and was sad to see that the standard of food has dropped from my last visit when chef Chris was able to produce wonderful meals for myself and husband. The new exec chef doesn't seem to really care about the personal touch of the guest needs. Other wise the resort and staff are still as... more
