We spent one night here in May on Priority Club points. It’s by far the nicest Express we’ve stayed in. We were visiting friends who live in Oro Valley, so the location could not have been better. This property appeared to be in fine shape, so maybe the earlier reviewer had a room that hadn't been updated. Our suite was quite nice, the sofa and chair were comfortable and the bed was nice. Unfortuntalely this hotel was good and now I cannot recommend anymore.We had to check out mid stay. The rooms have had no maintenance. The shower and faucet leaked and the toilet ran. The shower curtain was hanging and Mgmt had no desire to fix. Management which is ran by a father and son were beyond RUDE. The breakfast is excellent... more

tThe kids loved the pool and hot tub. We had a family lunchen with the spacious outdoor furniture in the shade. It was very comfortable and we had a great family reunion! This place is too nice to be a Holiday Inn Express, so don't let the branding discourage you. The room and all of the public areas are spotlessly clean.
