The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel had clean grounds, common areas and rooms. The decor was tasteful. Excellent value in the Lake Havasu area. Clean, well-run, comfortable basic accomodations we come to Best Western for. Christy provided a superior experience for all the family! She is a real gem of an employee!
