My wife and I stayed here for one night last month before departing Phoenix after a week in AZ: *Rooms seemed to have been renovated in the last year or two so all the furniture is new and modern. New 37" flat panel LCD TV are nice. *Breakfast is of course "free" as with all Embassy Suites Hotels, but their... more

The hotel's atrium is expansive and impressive. Check-in was no problem. I had a room on the top floor overlooking the pool. As the title states, I felt that the a/c in the room was inadequate. I turned it down to its lowest setting of 60F and I'm very sure that it never reached anywhere near that temperature. I woke... more

I do not normally write reviews after staying at a hotel but, I felt compelled to write one for this hotel. This is a wonderful hotel! The staff was very attentive and cordial. They went out of their way to make sure that you were comfortable. This is also a great hotel for a family. The outdoor pool is large... more

How can you not beat Phoenix in January: weather, warmth, and relaxation!? These same comparisons can be made of The Embassy Suites Phoenix Biltmore. The property is a welcoming site in this bustling business district. Upon entering the hotel, my family was pleasantly surprised by the calming sounds of waterfall waters and a fresh, awakening aroma (which turned out to... more

The Embassy Suites at The Biltmore is an excellent location and my stay was very good. Room was very large and spotless. Housekeeping was attentive to details although I had to ask twice for a robe. Front Desk Agent, Nancy was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was okay but coffee was terrible to my taste. They do have a Starbucks... more

My family (wife, two tweens, and mother) stayed at the Biltmore Embassy Suites in Phoenix for two nights in December 2008 at the beginning of a big winter road trip vacation swinging from the Southwest through the mid-West. In general, it was a standard Embassy Suites experience -- that is to say, a fairly good experience -- with the exception... more

Stayed at this hotel while in town for SHPE{ society of hispanic professional engineers}.great location, next to a great mall with several restaurants nearby. Clean and well kept. 2 mildly annoying problems. The air sytem in the hotel is either off or on.At the time we stayed there it was off. Unless you opened the sliding door you had no air... more

Upon arrival of the hotel we were greeted by very happy desk clerks. My son had picked us up at the airport, we flew in from Fresno Ca., and he had his two children with him. My daughter was with us and she had her child with her also. Before we were checked in, the doorman had taken my grandchildren,... more

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suite Biltmore for 6 nights and was pleasantly surprised! I had come to expect large rooms and little service from the brand, but this was not the case; Bellman, knowledgeable front desk staff, a decent gym, and a nice pool were all perks. The free cocktail hour was a nice touch and as long... more

Our 4 night stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel Phoenix-Biltmore was overall a nice stay. The best part was their *fabulous* atrium with the Koi fish. Each morning, my toddler woke saying "fish, fish!" and went to bed at night exclaiming the same thing. It was a nice area of Phoenix to stay in and 25 minutes from Mesa and... more
