“Good location for downtown”

I stayed for a week on a business trip. Very close to Phoenix Convention Center and downtown businesses. Good service in restaurants and room service. Internet rate VERY EXPENSIVE!! It should be free, as it is free the use of the shower water, towels, soap, etc. Less expensive hotels give free internet... Customers should avoid staying in hotel that charge... More

““Good downtown hotel””

The hotel room is nice and clean, well laid out, nice safe in room, very comfortable beds. we stay may 14 for a few days house keeping team is wonderful her name is Ladan she's so good and clean. Hotel staff very nice.thanks Sheraton and house keeping

“excellent service”

we stayed at the hotel for one week. while the time we spend there we got the best service from the nicest sweetes employe - Ban Salman! she took care to all our need and wishes and make sure we felt right at home! she is a keeper!!!!

If all of the employees of this hotel were like Ban Salman it would be wonderful. Ban would go out of her way to help you with anything that she could do. It was like having a family member to take care of your room.

“Great convention center hotel”

Stayed here during a convention. Great location. Easy walk to convention center. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Bedding is nice but very limited storage. Here for a week with two people and only two drawers and a few hangers.

“Nice hotel, downtown”

I stayed at the Sheraton for a business conference. Even with the special rate, it is pricey (but it is downtown). Room was nice, with good view north. “Great experience, great staff!”

We stayed at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel for a business trip in April for the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS). We had a great time. Excellent rooms, great amenities, lovely staff. We were lucky to have met Ban Salman who took good care of us. She is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Great team!

“Great location”

We stayed here to be close to Chase Field. Perfect location within walking distance. Everyone we came in to contact with was very nice but Ban from Housekeeping/guest room attendants was fantastic. Very friendly, and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet even though it was sold out. We would stay here again.
