We really liked the setting of this place. It is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The owners are very friendly if not a bit rushed at times. The cleanliness needs some work, however. My buddy and I just spent 8 nights at the Arizona Royal Villa and had a great time. We stayed in the Safari Room which is seperate from the rest but right in the heart of the action. This was a perfect overnight in Phoenix. The fact that it was a gay, clothing-optional was icing on the cake. The Safari suite was very private, adorable and with a nicely appointed kitchenette. more
