First, let's talk location. This Embassy Suites is smack on a private golf course in Paradise Village, an attractive, nicely landscaped, planned community of residences (private homes and condos) and mid-level shopping (Macy's, Target, etc.) and dining (Coco's, e.g.) on the Scottsdale _side_ of Phoenix. In real estate terms, it's "Scottsdale adjacent". It's not "Scottsdale" in the way people mean... more
We appreciate your great comments and will look forward to your next visit! We continue to do upgrades our most recent is our new coffee makers with disposable cups and an upgraded coffee called Raintree - Thank you
Just had a very nice nine-day stay at the Embassy Suites Scottsdale over Easter break. Received a great rate ($109) from a discounted website and it was well worth the price. The breakfast served each morning is plentiful and fresh - especially at the counter where eggs/omlets are preapred to order. The breakfast alone saved this family of four more... more
Our family enjoyed the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for the first time and booked this hotel based on reviews from Trip Advisor. It turned out to be pretty much what it appeared to be based on the posted pictures. It is in a good location - easy to access major roads and shopping is within walking distance. The hotel was nice. The... more
Chose this facility based upon the reviews on Tripadvisor. I normally prefer the service/amenities of a four or five star hotel but on this particular trip I knew we would basically just be sleeping here and not spending a great deal of time at the hotel. We ordered room service for dinner all three nights and not only was the... more
Located right between Phoenix and Scottsdale the hotel was in perfect location for just about everything. The golf course, Stonecreek The Golf Club is the hotel course and offers a great deal to hotel guests. I was in town on business but skipped my afternoon email session for an afternoon of golf and man was that the best decision. The... more
I just got back from a 6 night stay at the Embassy Suites in Scottsdale so I figured I'd put in my two cents of where it ranks in my books. The GOOD: My father, brother and I booked a 2 bedroom suite with a view of the golf course. I called this hotel the day before our arrival and... more
Pros: 24 hr Business Center (free internet but only 2 terminals, printing). Free breakfast buffet. Nice staff. Fridge and sink in suites (suites same price as non-suites). Comfortable conference rooms and abundant food service. Rooms were comfortable/clean, not top of the line but doesn't require remodeling. Free onsite parking. Cons: All vending machines were out. No shuttle service from PHX,... more
This Embassy Suites is outstanding. Stayed at many Hilton properties, but this is by far one of the best. The suite was large, spotless, well maintained (suite 4028 overlooks the pool and the golf course). The "made to order" breakfast had excellent variety.. with the "made to order" being any style egg or omlet. Best time for breakfast was after... more
I stayed here Jan. 5th '09 (The Fiesta Bowl game was going on.) Although there was lots of people and traffic around the hotel and area, it was still quiet and peaceful. I never heard anything in my room. I am impressed with the total privacy of this hotel yet it is convienent (easy walking distance 5 to 10 mins)... more
