The whole complex isn't resort like - it feels like an Archstone apartment complex. Rooms are embassy suites like and the airconditioner blows at your head when you sleep. A lot of climbing up and down to find the scattered restaurants and facilities. Doesn't even have nice views. Ugly pools. Very forgettable experience. more

I stayed at this property with my wife. This property was not busy at all on our stay! We stayed right at the end of Oct for three nights. We did not have any trouble with parking,(was able to park right at our room, which was in the main building), and every night we had the entire pool to ourselves.... more

My teenage grandson and I spent 3 days at the resort and even though the weather did not fully cooperate, we really enjoyed our stay. The pools are heated and the pool areas are just spotless and inviting. The Pointe in Thyme restaurant is wonderful and the poolside restaurant was really good and so friendly and helpful. Nice place to... more

Wife and I stayed at this resort for a long weekend get-a-way. We were given a presidential suite, 1 of 9 on the property I was told, used Hilton points for the stay. Resort literally built into a mountain range which is unique. It is a nice Southwestern Style resort, quite a few pools on property, a few very nice... more

I would like to give the Pointe a great review but unfortunately I can’t. I grew up on Phoenix and the Pointe was always someplace nice but I think maybe it is past its prime although the issues we encountered could easily be remedied. Pros: 1. It is very centrally located and convenient to two freeways and downtown. 2. The... more

We had a great time. We got two rooms and had a great time with our grandson, son and daugther in law. The room was clean and nice. The pool was fun and the food was delicious. Couldn't ask for a better time for the money. more

We stayed here for 5 nights in September 2009 just to relax and float in the pool. Mission accomplished. Yes, the resort is showing age in places and the suites are nothing special, but for the right price (we paid $105 a night with full breakfast included), it is great place for a getaway. We went during the week to... more

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had a great time. Not only was it $59 a night for a suite but the room was awesome with a beautiful view. Our son loved the pool area. It was crowded but we still managed to have a good time and try out all the pools and the water... more

The hotel grounds were beautiful. The workout room was great, as were the many pools on the property. We only ate breakfast in the dining room, but the food was good, staff was very attentive and the dining room decor was very comfortable. My only complaint about this hotel is that the rooms are seriously in need of updating. more

This was an OK hotel, set into a picturesque setting but still convenient to other places. My husband and I travel often, usually preferring to stay in higher end hotels because of comfort and service and high quality restaurants. We are Hilton honors travelers, gold level. I think calling this one a "resort" is stretching it. I thought the rooms... more
