We liked this property so much the first time we stayed here we decided to use them to host our wedding in May 2011. The garden setting was perfect for our spring wedding. They worked within our budget and our planner Rochelle was wonderful. The only downfall is that we chose an outside space for our reception instead of using... More

We settled on the Radisson because it was cheaper than some other hotels downtown but still off the Light Rail. We were able to walk to the hotel from the rail station and the area seemed safe. The room was clean and comfortable -- nothing special but nothing bad either. We were on the 5th floor, which also has access... More

Requested a quiet room on a high floor, got a room next to ice/pop machine and elevators, on the third (there are 6)floor. Bathroom seems to be where management is economizing. One bar of soap for both shower and sink, thin worn-out small bath towels, mini bottles of shampoo, etc. When we arrived at front portico, saw irrigation system spraying... More

Had a great rate. It was difficult to sleep - either air conditioner was on and very load or it was off and the room was stuffy. Needed more towels in the room - called the front desk and they told me I can pick them up myself (at the front desk). More

Functional hotel but rather tiered looks and decor. No sleep number bed in my room which was noisy overlooking the outside bar area. Staff helpfull enough but will not be on my list for any return business trip. More

I don't know how I got some rude guy to come up to me and tell me "that I couldn't wait in the lobby" but I did.. why would hotels design lobby's and put nice couch's in them, if you couldn't wait in them? I inspected this hotel and have to agree for such a high end hotel it is... More

I recently booked a stay at the Radisson City Center in Phoenix. I had a two night stay as I was there for a short family visit. The price I received going through Hotels.com was awesome! The airfares into Phoenix are ridiculously hgh so to find a reasonable priced hotel is a plus. When I checked in the staff was... More

I mean, come on guys it's a mid-level hotel. It was not great, it was not horrible, it was exactly what you would expect from an older Radisson Hotel. It appears they "refreshed" the hotel a few years ago to try for a more modern look, and it still looks that way, but everything just looks a bit worn. The... More

Stayed here September 2011 for an engineering training conference. Room was good. New TV, comfortable bed, shower and bathroom were good. Pleasant grounds with fun pool (has waterfall) and trees, benches for taking in the sunset. Restaurant and bar were also fun with live music on Wednesday night. Dinners were a great deal for the price. Conference room was also... More
