The furnishings are looking very tired, and the advertised renovations are definitely needed. The furniture is a bit worn, but useable, although a few things in my room eg desk lamp, microwave, didn't work. This hotel was recommended to me when I was in Phoenix on business due to it's location. I would not have selected it on my own.
