Arrived from Chicago for a wedding at the Secrets Gardens. Room was ready upon arrival at 1pm which was nice. I was in Phoenix for business for 3 days and wanted a larger room with a kitchen. The facility had large rooms/suites with almost full kitchen. We had booked the hotel online through hotwire as our son was coming to Arizona State University as a freshman. A very good friend of ours would be joining us a few days later in his own suite (not on hotwire). Terrific value, especially during the summer in Phoenix when it's so hot. The grounds, golf course, and units are immaculate. Pool is big, mountain views are great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Didn't leave the resort because of the heat, but had everything we needed. This was my 5th stay, and absolutely would return. more

Internet was down in most buildings,and had been down for quite a while now, which is an issue considering I needed it for work. I specifically asked about internet access before I made the reservation. Hot tub was out of order. Check-in was very poor and the check-in are is very very small and cannot fit more than 15-20 people... more

Legacy has a great golf course and the golf staff is always pleasent and helpful...stayed there recently for the weekend for a golf tournament...the one bedroom suite was real nice with the exception of a couple things that were broken..bedroom door wouldn't close because the latch was broken.....also the cleaning staff either took or threw away the wifes hairbrush...not sure... more
