My wife and I, along with a bunch of our friends stayed here Feb. 10-14 as we were in town for a wedding. The location was great, right off I-17. At checkin and throughout our stay, the staff was great. They were extremely friendly and courteous. The room was great, comfortable bed, nice large TV. The bathroom was really small.... More

Our first stay at a Hyatt Place and it was a very nice experience. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful - each of them definitely cared about the customer. Room was clean and fairly spacious, but things were a little cramped where the bathroom door opens into the tub and toilet area. Breakfast was fine and... More

Was everything I needed EXCEPT a Whirlpool tub but other than that GREAT!! Staff very friendly, helpful. Was nice to walk in from day of work to have the staff speak using your name. Made me feel special. Will stay at this location again next time in the area. Only suggestion I would have is to ADD Airport transportation. More

The pull out sofa was filthy under the cushions. The amenities were very sub-par compared to other comparitive hotels I have stayed at. As a few examples I had to ask for lotion and the lotion that was provided was very poor quality. I might as well have rubbed water into my skin. Other items that are nice to have... More

Returning to Santa Barbara, our flight was cancelled in Phoenix due to weather. As normal the frustration you feel when you just want to be home, led us to book a room overnight at a nearby hotel. My colleague and I arrived merely seconds before a shuttle of additional flight cancellation passengers, lucky for us. The customer service received by... More

I stayed the weekend. Had a problem arise that would have been much less difficult if Expedia Customer Service wasn't so inflexible, difficult, and flat-out dishonest. (I will not use Expedia EVER again!) I went down from my room and spoke with the Hyatt Place weekend manager, Jen, at the front desk. She listened patiently to my situation, explained the... More

Earlier this summer, I wanted to book an overnight local getaway because there was work being done on my house in Phoenix. I found a great price at this location and booked it. Having checked prior Tripadvisor reviews, I was aware of the possibility of highway noise. So, I asked for a room facing away from the highway and that... More

Stayed over the weekend - not much different than the typical Hyatt Place - nice, clean, efficient, decent breakfast. More

We stayed overnight in a King room with a family of 4, on the east side of the building (away from the freeway side). We have a teen & toddler who slept on the pull-out couch with no complaints. The room was super, so much space for all of us to move around. Loved that the toilet & shower were... More
