Stayed at the hotel for three nights. Overall, my husband and I were both happy with our decision. The highlight was definitely having a full couch in the room, as opposed to having to lay in bed to watch tv. Big tv in the room was nice as well. The bed was comfy and extra pilows were available at the... more

Typical Hyatt Place; good accomodations and amenities but beware; DO NOT STAY ON THE FREEWAY SIDE ELSE NOISE WILL NOT LET YOU SLEEP. Be sure to ask for a room on the side opposite the freeway. free breakfast not very good; choice limited to juice, bread, a few fruits, etc. very limited hot choices for extra charge. large HDTV in... more

Only have good things to say about this hotel. Located near Metro Mall, about 1 mile away, which is where we needed to be. Clean rooms, nice plasma television, nice linens and beds, nice bathroom. Breakfast included downstairs. I have no complaints and would definitly stay here again, without hesitation. more

We had never stayed at the Hyatt Place prior to our trip. We relied upon Trip Advisor reviews to book our room. I'm happy to say that the reviews we spot on! The rooms were nicely appointed, very clean and very well laid out. The front lobby service was excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The room was bigger... more

After a trip of staying in budget hotels this place was great. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Everything in our room and throughout the rest of the hotel was clean, nicely arranged, and just had a general comfortable feeling about it. The pool was great but could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was good with some fresh... more

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Grand Canyon. The room was very nice, although it had double beds. The pool was nice, especially with the +40C weather. Great continental breakfast. Would recommend. more

I've stayed here before in 2005 and the rooms were more more comfortable. This time I walked in the hotel and I was very shocked at the horible colors they used to renovate this hotel with it is truly unberable. My room was not very comfortable and the tv was to big for the room. The rooms were clean both... more

My husband and I stayed one night at the Hyatt Place North in Phoenix, AZ after flying into Sky Harbor. US Airways lost my husbands luggage on the way in, so we were thankful that the hotel had lots of free toiletries for him. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Our stay was short but very peaceful... more

I spent one night at this Hyatt Place on business. The hotel is typical of the Hyatt Place brand. It feels like a recent renovation and is nicely decorated, with a large open area lobby and plenty of parking. The room I was given was large with the usual weird arrangement of furniture that makes it impossible to watch television... more

I recently stayed two nights here with my sister. I loved the media set up in the room and the 42 inch TV was great. I really loved the vibe and the people who worked there were upbeat and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and liked the fact that we could get a late night snack too. I would recommend... more
