Very nice hotel, the staff were super friendly. We stayed here for two nights. It was nice and quiet. The King Bed room was nice and roomy. The breakfast area was pleasant. The staff was very friendly. It is in a pretty setting a short distance from downtown. I would stay here again. more

There's free internet access in the lobby but no printer; however, the front desk was agreeable to printing from their computer (we ended up not needing to do that). This was a nice motel - the room was comfortable and clean, and had a working fridge. The sink was outside the bathroom, which helps considerably when more than one person is getting ready to go in the morning. We did not have any trouble with noise. The desk clerks were very helpful. Would stay here again. more

This is very good of its type. Just a chain motel, and pretty typical, but our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious. Pluses----Clean, comfortable room. Nice touches like quality toiletries, extra pillows. Really pretty setting. Expanded continental breakfast--really was fresh and satisfying. The beverage bar is available all day. Minuses---Wireless internet didn't work, staff unable to assist. We stayed at this hotel for three nights and loved it. Great location for hiking trails in Prescott National Forest and downtown shopping. Kirsty at front desk was very pleasant. At a reduced rate it was probably typical for summer in Prescott. The rooms are clean and reasonably sized. The spa is not too bad and makes a change from the usual tiny pond. Breakfast was good but seating is an issue at peak times. The location is nice and its not too far into town. more

There were 2 very bad things about the hotel. The room carpet was really dirty. I was not paying attention as we were hurried to go into town when we checked in.
