We drove to scottsdale from los angeles and the staff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were exhausted and they unloaded our car for us and waited for us to check in. Then a bellman took us to our room, which was just perfect. It had a little patio with two beautiful chairs and a table. The... more

My husband I spent four nights in a suite at this resort just a couple of weeks ago and we've been talking about returning ever since. How to describe it? First, we loved our room much we stayed in it a lot and we're far from being honeymooners. It was just so attractive, roomy and comfortable we happily lounged there... more

Residence club members. They have completed several upgrades to the units. The service and staff at the RC and the main resort were outstanding! We visited for a week. Climbing Pinnacle peak inthe mornings was exhilerating. Coffee and miffinswere terrific, and the bar at nite was expensive but fabulous!!! The Kids For All Seasons was a fabulous program. I was... more

Stayed at this wonderful resort with the 3 night special, worth every penny! Upon arrival (which was very early afternoon) we were given an upgraded room, at no additional charge. We had a lovely upstairs unit with night time city light views of the Scottsdale area. We mentioned it was our anniversary and found chilled champagne and chocolates waiting for... more

My husband and I stayed at 4S last summer and I suppose I am just now getting around to writing this bc my feelings are so mixed. The resort itself is lovely in every way imaginable. The grounds, the breakfast on the patio and the scenerary were all very nice. We stayed, as I said during the summer, so it... more

Couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more the Four Seasons is a incredible, beautiful, place to stay. I only wish I had not taken a cab from the airport. We had a driver that couldn't speak english and was on the phone speaking a foreign language, for the whole trip. For the trip back to the airport we went online and found... more

We arrived early (before noon) and our room was fortunately available before the 4 pm check-in. I agree with other reviews that the self park is easy enough and probably not worth using the valet. The nightly rate was competitive with the Stay Three promotion - I priced out other resorts in Scottsdale and the Four Seasons was on par... more

Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that there was a plumbing problem in our room so we would need to stay at the nearby timeshare for one night and they would move us back to the hotel the next night and upgrade our room by two classes. The timeshare was huge -- full kitchen, bedroom, walk in closet,... more

My husband and I have been in Scottsdale last April. We booked the room 2 months before leaving, asking for a very quiet room. In spite of that, they gave us a room next to entrance road, to the car parking (valet and employees) and to other hotel service (restaurant kitchens, propane discharge, etc. Besides this we were in a... more
