After 6 years, we returned back to this hotel for the 4th time (from CH) which in the meantime has become Hyatt Summerfield Suites (former Wyndham). Much to our surprise, the hotel was not at all what it used to be. The hotel is dated and needs urgently a renovation. Hyatt has so far not done a thing to maintain... more

Summerfield Suites (SS) has a complimentary grocery delivery service before you arrive. It says so on the website. It's only for extended stay guests - doesn't say on website. SS has a complimentary 5 mile radius shuttle with advance reservations. It says so on the website. It's only M-F. At check-in, the man in front of my was changing rooms... more

We stayed at the Hyatt in Feb, 2009 for 4 days. The hotel was located very centrally and we only used our car to leave Scottsdale. Many, many, many restaurants within walking distance, the Giants were playing down the road at Scottsdale stadium, so we walked to a game and had a fun day. The trolley goes to the Stadium... more

the room needs to be cleaned, at least occassionally behind the couch, inside the oven, along the edges of the room. the carpeting was filthy. There were spiders/or some kind of scorion critters on the couch. We checked behind the couch to find a colony. wiped it up to find it filthy behind the couch. There was no dishwasher liquid,... more

My family and I stayed in a two bedroom (king beds) suite. The room included two bathrooms and a nice living area with kitchen as well. A TV was located in each room and the sofa was a sofa bed. We were very impressed with the location, staff and amenities. My kids loved the outdoor, HEATED pool. There is a... more

We were travelling with our 8 month old son so it was great to have a suite which gave us more room and also the flexiblity to have meals in our room if we would have needed. Breakfast was average - nothing special but convenient (basically toast, bagels, cereal and one or two hot things which change daily, not a... more

Stayed from 7-31-8-4. Have stayed there 8-9 times when Wyndham owned it and while there were minor details missing..it was a very nice clean room and experience. I CANNOT say this for this last trip. Hyatt has not done a thing to improve or maintainthis hotel from my experience. We stayed 4 nights...room was cleaned once! They call to say... more

The hotel upgraded us to a 2-bedroom unit which was suitable for our family with 2 young children. It helped that there was a DVD player in the unit to keep our children entertained at times. We requested a crib for our baby and it was waiting in the unit when we arrived, along with crib linen and baby blanket.... more

Stayed here for just one night in April 08. Typically nice rooms for Hyatt. I went into the breakfast area for a cup of coffee but couldn't find any real cream, or half and half for the coffee - just unhealthy plastic fake creamers were available. No help from the cereal area as they only had skim milk or 2%.... more

Stayed at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Scottsdale for a work trip. I found the room to be spacious and pleasantly appointed, though nothing lavish. The front desk staff was understaffed at times, but very helpful. There were some confusions with the reservation (one member of my group couldn't make it due to flight cancellations and, with the rooms in his... more
