We booked this hotel on-line. When we arrived quickly noted yellow tape across a room doorway. Front-end staff courteous & helpful letting us know what kind of attractions were available in Old Town. The room had a stale odor, bathroom was filthy & AC did not work. Found out next morning this room was supposed to be closed for renos.... more

I booked the room on the phone 3 weeks before my stay, they only had 2 rooms left. I was coming a day late and then was told not a problem, they had plenty of rooms. I get there and they cannot give me a poolside room. I got lower corner room on the road side--very noisy with the car... more

Located almost in the Gallery District and fairly low priced. Junky furniture, sink didn't drain, dirty rug, uncomfortable bed, fairly good breakfast if can speak Spanish to get the food. Room was quiet, probably because there was no one next to me. If I weren't on a tight budget there is no way I would stay here again. more

Rooms were large enough, but the tub in the bathroom was very dirty and old. Clean sheets one day, then the maids cleaned the room and put on stained sheets. There air conditioning was so loud you couldn't hear the tv. Windows were boarded up on the top of the door. Ice machines weren't working, so the clerk told us... more

It was around 40 degrees when we stayed in Phoenix and the hotel room was cold all day and night because overhead of the entry door only has wood slats with a screen (it should be glass instead). This allows drafts to come into the room and there is no insulation as it relates to noise. It was as if... more

PROS: - Cheap, cheap, cheap - Free breakfast buffet - Good location near Old Town Scottsdale - Free wireless internet CONS: - Dirty Rooms - Hotel desperately needs renovation - Heaters needs to be replaced (do not work very well) This is basically what you can expect from a one-star hotel. But if you're looking for the cheapest hotel in... more

This Ramada was not very clean, the room that we had was horrible, The bathrub and toilet were filthy and the tub looked as if the paint was coming off all over it. The room was a smoking room but did not have any ashtrays. There was also no remote control for the television. Housekeeping was not up to par... more

Average $79 per night. Good location for downtown area, most within walking distance or use free trolley bus. We found this hotel fairly quiet at night, a little noisier the weekend the motor cycle show was on at Westworld but room kept clean, staff helpful and comp breakfast was fine. Hotel is in need of updating but ok for price.... more
