After reading the reviews here on Trip Advisor, my husband and I were apprehensive about staying at L'Auberge. To our surprise, we had a very positive experience. Pros: * Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Graham the concierge was wonderful. He gave great advice regarding restaurant recommendations and directions to the Grand Canyon. * The resort was very generous with bottled... more

My husband and I hosted a family gathering here in August. We were looking for a place where everyone could have their own room and space but that had a comfortable space for us to gather and hang out together. The Auberge de Sedona was a great pick. They have very nice seating areas in the lobby of the lodge... more

We only spent one night here, but I'm shocked to see all these negative reviews. My husband and I stayed here last October as we were driving cross-country. We had our dog with us and wanted to stay somewhere nice, so we chose L'auberge. Because we had the dog, we had to book a garden cottage (maybe the unhappy reviewers... more

My wife and I hadn't been away together in ages so we agonized over the internet for hours trying to decide where to stay in Sedona. We finally chose L'Auberge de Sedona Resort and Spa. It seemed very upscale, it was located directly on Oak Creek and directly below Uptown Sedona's shops and restaurants. From the moment we arrived, we... more

Fellow travelers, beware of fake 100% POSITIVE reviews, they are planted by the incompetent management of this hotel that is completely unresponsive to the guest. I will concede some travelers might think l'Auberge is nice, some of us just don't have the travel experience - BUT, if you are looking for a world-class resort, l'Auberge is not it! I stayed... more

We spent a great deal of time evaulating various Sedona resorts on TripAdvisor. This was our 3rd trip to Sedona and previously had stayed at the Hilton and then next time at the Canyon Villas B & B. We cannot say enough about this resort! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly/ We particulary liked the "no tipping" policy in... more

My husband and I were looking for a romantic getaway. We were very disappointed by L'Auberge. Our lodge room was small, not clean, and the mini refrigerator did not work. The water pressure was negligible, making a shower unpleasant. The tiny balcony looks out to the parking lot and is actually right above the parking lot. Sitting out there to... more

We booked a room in the Lodge expecting something worthy of your hotel's 4-4.5 star rating. Me and my wife were celebrating our anniversary and we were very disappointed with the quality of the room. The room we received was room 440 and it was the first room right next to the main lobby/check-in area. This means all of the... more

I stay at the best hotels all over the country for business and all of the best hotels internationally for pleasure. I chose l'Auberge because I thought its long reputation on Conde Nast Gold List would mean there would still be some quality there. WRONG. We took a room in the Lodge, $250 which is reasonable for Sedona but very... more
