We stayed in the studio and it has an adjoining room that is separated by just a door so you can hear everything your neighbors do. You could even see the light from the other side of the door. There is no maid service unless you stay for a long period so for the weekend we stayed no one came... more

Got a good rate off of Hotwire but was disappointed after I read the reviews to learn it was timeshare place. Thankfully my "no" was respected at check-in time for the timeshare shpiel and I didn't hear anything afterwards. It was a bit far out of town and not very convenient to much. My daughter chose this Resort for a 4 day vacation for her family using her timeshare points/weeks, had 3 days she couldn't use, so my husband and I took the last 3 nights. In Arizona it seems that anything that has a pool and a jacuzzi qualifies as a resort. This place is basically a time-share hotel. In fairness it was very clean, although the room was dark and was furnished cheaply. Check in procedure was lengthy and tedious. High pressured 2 hour sales presentation seemed required during 30 minute check-in process. The agent and sales manager wouldn't take "not interested" for an answer either, and created a very unpleasant hard core sales experience that truly wrecked my entire trip.
