We went to Sedona Pines thru a time share swap. It is clean, and the people who run the resort are nice. The cottages are little trailers............ Very tight with pocket doors for the bedroom and bathroom There is no oven only a cook top and microwave. If you have any problems with confined spaces do not stay here. There is... more

We stayed at this resort just outside the main drag of Sedona. This resort itself was done very nicely with fountains and "streams" between the cottages. The 'cottages' are really park model trailers. If you're not used to trailer living it can be quite cramped. My grandson was travelling with us and we were in a one bedroom. It would... more

Stayed at the Sedona Pines recently through a RCI exchange. Found out after booking this was a trailer park. Cottages are really small trailers. The bedroom was very small and only 1 person could walk through trailer from living room area thru the kitchen to the bedroom. Bathroom o.k. They had a well equiped kitchen but not enough room to... more

My partner and I got lured into staying at Sedona Pines. We signed paperwork that stated we would attend a Time Share Meeting the following morning and only be charged $20 if we didn't show up. We stayed the night, it was just ok, but it was suppose to be complimentary... The following morning we went to the 9am time... more

This resort is on the western part of Sedona...it's about 7 miles outside of town. Yes, it's a converted trailer park with the basic ammenities. Clean, very small units. Free laundry onsite. Pool is in a parking lot - no pool bar. Over priced resturaunt, you're better off going offsite. We've vacationed many places in Sedona and this place is... more

My wife and I exchanged a week of time at SPR in August. We found the unit to be excellent for 2 people. The location is very good in relation to the attractions, in the area, in which we were interested. The concierge had a program which brought in representatives of many of the activities available and we were able... more

Do not stay here. It is too far from town and is just a glorifed trailer park. The trailers are extremely small. We could barely move around in the bedroom without stubbing a toe. The pool was nice but the covering around the fence had holes in it and needed to be replaced. Jerome was great. Clarksdale is great too... more

My husband, 4 year old daughter, family friend and I just returned from a 4 night stay at Sedona Pines using an RCI exchange. The place worked for us because we read the reviews and knew what to expect. We expected the mobile park setting, tight quarters, and the fact that it is 15 minutes outside of downtown Sedona. We... more

The location is 5 minutes outside of downtown Sedona so you are a little bit away from the hustle and bustle, not that there is that much in the first place. The cottages are perfect for a couple with just about everything that you might need. If you have a child or two to add into the mix then maybe... more

I've been staying at RCI t/s since the 1980's. I first traded into the Pines in the summer of 2000. I liked the place so much, I bought a 1br biennial unit, which is perfect for my needs. I love the privacy and sunlight of the units. I love all the windows and fresh air; the water features and listening... more
