I was concerned when I read the other reviews because my 15 year old daughter and I were booked to stay two nights at this resort. We were not going for the sales pitch but using our RCI points on vacation. We both thought it was wonderful. It was quiet, beautiful and private. I loved having our own seperate unit,... more

The "cottages" are trailers with red stucco on the outside. Their only purpose there is to sell you a timeshare. Wifi is a joke, they say it is spotty, I found it to be non existent. If you do stay there and need wifi make sure you are near routers by the pool, laundry , or office. The "concierge" people-salepeople.... more

Since we are RV 5th wheel travelers on occasion we thought the lay-out of the resort to be just great----no noise from either side and no clacking footsteps above you---The units were certainly adequate for two people---Don't know how they would be for more----The staff was courteous and helpful---One of the things that sold us on a time share at... more

My husband & I decided to use a time-share week to travel to Sedona. The Sedona Pines Resort was available when we wanted to go. We read the reviews on Tripadvisor so we knew that this resort is different from a Hilton or Marriott. We were intrigued about the stand-alone units that some reviewers referred to as trailers. So, we... more

Do waste your money buying a 'timeshare' through these people. As with other timeshares, you will have a better vacation and more flexibility saving your money and go on vacation when you are ready. This method will cost less for you! Do not buy into their 'sob stories.' It is all fake. The market value of what you are paying... more

We used our RCI exchange for Sedona Pines. We knew going in the units were modulars so it wasn't a surprise. They're made to look like little adobes and are well appointed for what they are. Great windows all around the top to let in light but keep things private. Most of the units have a water feature nearby and... more

Located a short distance out of town will require your own form of transportation, but most tours will start from the Resort. The Resort is more of a Park ( ergo a highly upgraded, nicely appointed "trailer park" ) but has a small village feeling. The (new) BISTRO, which we almost use extensively, was within walking distance from all the... more

Don't trust these people. They claim to give you a free night stay in their resort in exchange for attending a 90 minute time share presentation. I attended the presentation for the full 90 minutes and went on my way. Then a month later I get a charge for $100 for the room because I "didn't qualify." When I called... more

My wife, my 3 year old son, and I Stayed in cottage 703 the last week of april. The unit was a 1 bedroom. The space was adequate for the three of us. My wife loved the jacuzzi tub and wants one for our home. I loved being able to grill at night. My son loved the mini-golf, playground and... more

We stayed at Sedona Pines Resort as part of a month long trip through Arizona. I can't say enough about our great experience here. Our unit was comfortable and well-equiped. At night with our window open we had the relaxing sounds of the stream running behind our unit. The bed was comfortable we experienced some of the best nights of... more
