The location is, as others have stated, next to a crowded residential community. The views from the deck were lovely, however. Sorry for the misunderstanding to any guest that stays with us. We are more than happy to rectify any problems for those that stay. We never want anyone to feel uncomfortable. Just to let any of our future visitors be aware of our policies, we allow anyone into the common area 24 hours a day and will not burn incense...

We stayed 2 nights in the Pinon Pine suite. This room had tons of space, comfy beds, and a lovely bathroom. Dee is a great chef--loved the breakfasts. Of course we are sorry the guests had an unpleasant experience. Obviously we can not be expected to please everyone, but these guests seem to have spent a great deal of time to personally attack our accommodations.
